Sleep 6 comfortably with a King in the Master Bedroom, two Twin Beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a full sized sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Enjoy beautiful 5th floor views from the private direct oceanfront balcony!
September 2023: This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project.

Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida’s destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.
Explore nearby Canaveral National Seashore Park (just 4 miles away), day-trip to Orlando’s many theme parks, take in a NASCAR race or the Speedway museum in Daytona Beach, go deep-sea or surf fishing, shop the boutiques in historic New Smyrna Beach, or play golf at the excellent nearby courses: LPGA, New Smyrna Beach Municipal (Donald Ross), Sugar Mill (Robert Trent Jones) and Walkabout (Perry Dye).
