We designed our Housekeeping Cleaning protocols specifically to meet our level of cleanliness to ensure we meet the highest standard of care for your vacation rental property. The housekeeper assigned to your property “learns your property” and manages the cleans after each guest. We inventory certain items after each reservation and using our Property Care App, the housekeepers document the condition of the property. The first impression for your guests will be the extreme cleanliness and fresh smells they encounter when they walk through the door!
Our maintenance program is designed with owners in mind. Our maintenance techs help minimize the cost of maintaining each property by handling tasks such as general repairs, replacements and troubleshooting as well as renovation related projects. Changing AC filters, replacing lightbulbs and batteries are included at no cost to our owners! Our maintenance and housekeeping teams work together to provide deep cleans and construction cleans.
