Property Beautification Project: Starting September 23, 2024 through November 20, 2024 the pool and surround along with the beach boardwalk will be closed for refurbishment. Beach access will be available around the back of the property. Parts of the parking lot may be obstructed during this time. Parking lot resurfacing in early November. Closed for 3 days (TBD). Offsite parking required. Updates forthcoming.

See if you can spot a few dolphins swimming by. This two bedroom, two bath condo was remodeled to provide a separate entrance into the Master Bedroom Suite area.

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo, along with a starter kit of essentials: Laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, packaged kitchen sponge, trash bags, and hand soap. These items are provided in a limited quantity to get you started on your Vacay. We do not replenish or restock starter kit items after the quantity provided has been used.

The intracostal waterway, Mosquito Lagoon, offers some of the best Red Fishing in Florida and we can help connect you with the most outstandingly friendly and knowledgeable guides in town. Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida’s destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.
