Safe Home - Florida Vacay Rentals

KEYLESS ENTRY

Guests can travel from “their Home Door to their Florida Vacay Door” with our Keyless Entry System with each of our beach vacation homes. Each Guest receives a unique private code for the duration of their stay. No personal contact is necessary for leaving your home, traveling, and entering your Florida Vacay property! Arrive safely, on your schedule and go directly to your vacation property. Keyless Entry System keypads are sanitized following the Safe Home guidelines after each guests’ stay. We do not use outdated “key in a box” systems where the same codes are used for each guest.

CLEANING

At Florida Vacay Rentals, we have always conducted thorough housekeeping services between each guests’ stay, but now, we are adding a few extra steps for even better disinfecting and sanitizing per the CDC Guidelines and according to the “SAFE HOME Guidelines” promoted by the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) and the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP). In addition to our regular cleaning, our housekeepers include disinfecting and sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces, spraying upholstered fabrics and décor pillows.

PRODUCTS

All our cleaning products are on the approved CDC and EPA recommended cleaning/sanitation products list. We did not have to change any of our cleaning supply inventory, we have been using the best products for cleaning and sanitation and will continue to do so. We provide anti-bacterial hand soap at each sink and signage for proper hand washing.

LAUNDRY
All bed linens and bath linens are washed in hot water using bleach for sanitation cleaning. Colored beach towels are cleaned with hot water and sanitizing (color-safe) detergents.
