Chadham by the Sea is just across the street from the Mary McLeod Bethune Beach Park with 6 acres of family fun. You can launch your canoe or kayak on the Indian River, fish from the wrap around wooden dock, let the kids burn off some extra energy on the new padded surface playground or play volleyball on the beach sand court.
