Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "Dolphin View"! This direct Oceanfront corner condo provides gorgeous 4th floor balcony views of the Beach, Ocean and Intracoastal Waterways. Completely redecorated and updated, condo #40 includes all new furniture, bedding, and decor.
All of our condos come standard with the Florida Vacay Rentals amenities that you’ve come to know and love:

- Large TVs
- Spa linens
- Plush white bath towels
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Beach towels
- Beach chairs (if available)
- Extraordinary cleanliness

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo, along with a starter kit of essentials: Laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, packaged kitchen sponge, trash bags, and hand soap. These items are provided in a limited quantity to get you started on your Vacay. We do not replenish or restock starter kit items after the quantity provided has been used.
Guests of Shorehom by the Sea can enjoy the community’s amenities:
- Multiple Elevators
- Large seasonally heated swimming pool (schedule determined by onsite property management)
- Chairs and tables on the pool deck
- Poolside bathrooms
- Gas grills with gas tanks provided for free
- Shuffleboard court
- Boat trailer and motorcycle parking (must make arrangements in advance)
- Racks to hold your kayak, canoe, or SUP
- A private boardwalk to the No-Drive area of New Smyrna Beach
Shorehom by the Sea is a smoke-free community and does not allow smoking anywhere on the property.
New Smyrna’s famous Drive beach is only a few miles north providing a fun “windows down, radio up” family excursion. The intracostal waterway, Mosquito Lagoon, offers some of the best Red Fishing in Florida and we can help connect you with the most outstandingly friendly and knowledgeable guides in town. Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida’s destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.
Explore nearby Canaveral National Seashore Park (just 4 miles away), day-trip to Orlando’s many theme parks, take in a NASCAR race or the Speedway museum in Daytona Beach, go deep-sea or surf fishing, shop the boutiques in historic New Smyrna Beach, or play golf at the excellent nearby courses: LPGA, New Smyrna Beach Municipal (Donald Ross), Sugar Mill (Robert Trent Jones) and Walkabout (Perry Dye).
