I managed residential rental properties in Ohio, and it was important to hire someone with a similar business philosophy to mine. I found that in Florida Vacay. The Florida Vacay team took care of my condominium as if it was their own. They understood that the better my condominium was maintained, the more desirable it was to rent and the better the reviews I received. They managed EVERYTHING for me, and I NEVER had to worry about maintenance issues, cleanliness, and maximizing profits, which was reassuring since I lived so far away from the property. Florida Vacay was there to offer advice on property insurance, local remodeling contractors, and how to furnish and stock a condominium to maximize rental income and minimize repair costs. This was especially helpful since I was unfamiliar with the needs of short-term vacation rentals and local reputable businesses. Florida Vacay persevered through the Coronavirus pandemic and a major structural renovation which completely closed the building for twenty months. I also saw, firsthand, how hard they worked for their clients and the support they gave. As our building was opening after the renovation shutdown, the team was on site getting the condominiums up and running again for renters, working from early in the morning until late at night every day for a month. Florida Vacay continued to book reservations during both shutdowns and on the first days of reopening, I had renters checking in. My short-term rental business survived these major events, and my reservation calendar was full. I cannot be more pleased to partner with Florida Vacay, so much so, that I have invested in a second condominium and did not hesitate to hire them to manage that one, too!
